Terms of Use and Purchase

1. General Provisions

These Terms govern the use of the website and online store solutionfortime.eu, as well as the purchase of digital products. Solution4Time is the brand under which digital products are presented and sold. By purchasing a product, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Digital Products and Prices

The online store sells exclusively digital products, templates, and accompanying instructions.
Products are not delivered in physical form. The description and content of each product are stated on its sales page. All prices are expressed in euros. The trade is not registered for VAT, and VAT is not charged pursuant to Article 90 of the Croatian VAT Act.

3. Ordering and Payment

Purchases are made without creating a user account. Payment is possible exclusively by card via the Stripe system. The seller does not store the customer's complete payment card data. The purchase agreement is considered concluded upon successful completion of payment and confirmation of the order.

4. Product Delivery

After successful payment, the following are automatically delivered to the customer's specified email address:

• invoice
• a PDF document with a link to the purchased product
• instructions for accessing and using the product

The customer is responsible for entering a correct email address. If the product is not received or cannot be accessed, the customer may contact info@solutionfortime.eu.

5. License and Use of the Product

By purchasing a product, the customer receives a single-user license to use the product.

It is permitted to:

• use the product for the customer's own personal or business purposes
• edit and adapt the product to the customer's own needs

It is not permitted to:

• share the link, PDF document, template, or files with other persons
• allow other persons to access or download the product
• resell, transfer, rent out, or distribute the product
• sell the product in its original or modified form
• use the product or parts of it to create products intended for further sale
• present the product as the customer's own original work

By purchasing a product, the customer does not acquire copyright over the product.

6. Refunds and Cancellation of Purchase

The digital product is delivered automatically immediately upon successful payment. Before completing the purchase, the customer expressly agrees that delivery of the digital product will begin immediately and confirms that, by doing so, they lose the right of unilateral withdrawal from the contract. After proper delivery of the digital product, no refund, exchange for another product, or cancellation of the purchase is possible on the grounds that the customer has changed their mind, no longer needs the product, or has not used it. If the customer has not received the product, or the delivered link does not work, they may contact info@solutionfortime.eu, after which access to the purchased product will be restored.

7. Complaints and Written Objections

The complaint must include the customer's first and last name, the email address used for the purchase, the order number, and a description of the issue. We will respond to written complaints in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt.

8. Final Provisions

Purchases made through the online store are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia and mandatory consumer protection regulations. Each individual purchase is governed by the Terms in effect at the time the order was placed. Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies by the Cookie Policy, both published on the website.
